Mobile Production PDA Device
Mobile Production Requires a PDA that is PPC2003+ / Windows Mobile 5 compatible. No wi-fi/BlueTooth/801.xx is required.

Mobile Packhouse PDA Device (No Bar-coding ability)*
Requires a PDA that is PPC2003+ / Windows Mobile 5 compatible, with 801.xx NIC, and 801.xx network installed in Packhouse. Server must have IIS.

Mobile Packhouse Bar-coding PDA Device*
Requires a Symbol PDA that is PPC2003+ / Windows Mobile 5 compatible (NOT the CE.net). MUST be a Symbol brand device, with 801.xx NIC, and 801.xx network installed in Packhouse. Server must have IIS.

Customer Care Portal*
Web based. Requires your server to have IIS. A low propagation broadband connection of 512 down by 256 up is the minimum connection required, 1MBit down X 512 up or faster is recommended.

* Mobile Packhouse Solution and Customer Care Portal requires that the server has an operating system which includes Windows Internet Information Services, note that Windows XP HOME does not include this service.

Label Printers
Use of thermal label printers is recommended. Ensure the printer can be shared on a network, has Windows 2000+ drivers, and is capable of printing a width of 10mm. (for Small Business Edition clients, an economical laser printer may be acceptable if the business wishes to print large A4/Letter sized labels)

Labels
Pallet & Stock Labels: 10cmX18cm (continuous)
Alternative Stock Label: A4 Plain paper (can be printed on normal laser printer if required)
Carton Labels: 10cm X 4 cm (continuous)

Security
It is the responsibility of the client to provide network and telecommunications security including Firewall, Virus Scanners, and Ant-MalWare/SpyWare systems. The customer care portal can be used in conjunction with SSL encryption, however, no SSL Certificate or installation and configuration of SSL Certificates is included in the clients purchase.
