Using the Corporate Farm and Packhouse Management features built into ProducePak, the performance of individual sites can be analysed and compared with competing sites.

Central management may be based in another state, or even another country, and can monitor farms and Packhouses in any number of locations which may be geographically distributed around the world.

Independently Operating Sites
• Each site (either a farming site(s) or packhouse) can operate completely independent of other sites within the organisation. This allows independent stock control, inventory consumption, and most importantly the ability to analyse the performance and profitability of each site.
